“I didn’t receive any emails after purchasing“
If you haven’t received any emails after completing your purchase, follow these steps:
• Check your spam/junk folder. Your email won’t give you a notification about emails that land in spam/junk, so you will need to check this manually.
• Verify that your email address was entered correctly during the purchase process. If you believe you have entered the wrong email, please Contact Support
• Allow up to 15-20 minutes for the emails to arrive, as there may be a delay due to high order volumes.
